Born on January 5, 1986 in the village of Bash-Bulak, Karasu district, Osh region.

In 2007 he graduated from the Faculty of International Relations and Public Service of Osh State University. In 2009, completed a diplomatic internship in Cairo. In 2010 graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

 

In the diplomatic service since 2007:

2007–2008 - chief Specialist of the Representative Office of the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzdipservice" of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in the southern region;

2008–2010 - third Secretary of the Plenipotentiary Representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in the south of Kyrgyzstan;

2010–2015 - attaché of the Vice-Consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic in Novosibirsk - a branch of the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Yekaterinburg;

2015 - third Secretary of the Department of General Consular Affairs of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2015–2017 - second Secretary, First Secretary of the Plenipotentiary Representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions;

2017–2019 - first Secretary, Chargé d'Affaires of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine, Counselor (Deputy Head) of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine;

2019 - September 2021 - consul of the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Novosibirsk;

2022 - advisor to the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

Since June 27, 2022, Head of the Plenipotentiary Representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions.

Diplomatic rank:  "The second class Advisor" .

Fluent in English, Ukrainian and Uzbek.
