1988-1993 Honors Diploma in International Law conferred by Moscow State University.
2012-2014 Master of Science in Sustainability, Development and Peace conferred by the United Nations Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability.
2014 to 2015 Joint Diploma in Sustainability Science jointly conferred by the University of Tokyo Graduate Program in Sustainability Science Global Leadership Initiative and the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability.
She began career in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in 1993 as Third Secretary of the International Legal Department.
From 1995 to 2004 she held the positions of Second Secretary, Counsellor and then Deputy Head of the International Law Department.
From February to June 1999, she was temporarily posted to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the People’s Republic of China as Counsellor.
From 2004 to 2008 she worked as First Secretary of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Japan.
In 2008 she was appointed Head of the Legal Division of the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In October 2008, she was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of International Economic Cooperation.
Since February 2010, she served as Director of the Department of International Economic Cooperation.
From August 2010 to July 2012 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Since September 2015 - First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Diplomatic rank - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
