On July 14, 2021, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic N.Niyazaliev took part in an informal meeting of the heads of the foreign affairs agencies of the Central Asian countries, organized within the framework of the International Conference “Central and South Asia: Regional Interconnectedness. Challenges and Opportunities” in Tashkent.
The parties discussed organizational issues related to the preparation for the upcoming Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian States, as well as the drafts of final documents. Particular attention was paid to the questions of strengthening of cooperation in spheres of trade, transport, energetics and countering a pandemic.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.Tleuberdi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan S.Mukhriddin, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan R.Meredov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.Kamilov.
