First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Nuran Niyazaliev held telephone talks with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic Manlio Di Stefano, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia Stanislav Rascan, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia Ingrid Brockova

On October 21, 2021 First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Nuran Niyazaliev held telephone talks with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic Manlio Di Stefano, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia Stanislav Rascan, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia Ingrid Brockova.

In the course of telephone conversations with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy M. Di Stefano, the parties noted with satisfaction the tendency to intensify bilateral ties in recent years and strengthen political contacts. In this context, they discussed the organization of high-level visits and the expansion of the legal framework, as well as plans for the participation of delegations of the parties in the ministerial meeting “Central Asia – Italy” this year.

During negotiations with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia S.Rascan, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia I.Brockova N.Niyazaliev expressed the readiness of the Kyrgyz side to further expand and strengthen cooperation with the Slovenian and Slovak sides in the political, trade, economic, investment and cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The Slovenian and Slovak sides were invited to continue their work within the framework of inter-MFA consultations. In addition, N.Niyazaliev drew attention to the significant untapped potential of trade and economic cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic with Slovenia and Slovakia, and in this regard proposed to intensify work in this direction

First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic N.Niyazaliev also informed the Italian, Slovenian and Slovak sides about the preparations for the First EU-CA Economic Forum, which will be held on November 5, 2021 in Bishkek. N.Niyazaliev noted the importance of active participation of representatives of Italy, Slovenia and Slovakia at a high level and business delegations from these countries in the work of the Forum.
