In 1993 graduated from Higher School of Management, Lomonosov Moscow State University;

In 2000 graduated from Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

1987 – 1990: Teacher of history, school # 67, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic;

1993 – 1995: Counselor, Turkish International Cooperation Agency in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan;

1995 – 1996: Counselor, Turkish International Cooperation Agency Headquarters in Ankara, Turkey;

1996 – 1998:  Permanent Representative of the Turkish International Cooperation Agency in the Kyrgyz Republic;

1998 – 2003: First secretary, Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation;

2003 – 2005: Head, Department of Western countries and OSCE, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2005 - 2005: Head, Department of Eastern countries, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2005 – 2009: Minister-Counsellor, Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey;

2010 – 2012: Member of Political council, Coordinator of the Social Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan Headquarters;

2012 – 2015: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany;

Since October 8, 2012: Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden, Republic of San Marino and the Holy See (concurrently);
