On August 17, in the St. Sophia Cathedral in Kyiv, an official ceremony of presenting Credentials by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ukraine I. Kadyrkulov to the President of Ukraine V. Zelensky took place.

During a brief meeting, the Head of Ukraine proposed to develop cooperation in a wide range of bilateral relations with an emphasis on the trade and economic sphere and the development of digital technologies.

Ambassador I. Kadyrkulov, in turn, noted the empathy of the Kyrgyz people in connection with the ongoing events in Ukraine, stressed that Kyrgyzstan always stands for resolving conflicts only through political and diplomatic means and wished Ukraine a speedy establishment of peace.
