2003-2005 – International University of the Kyrgyz Republic, master’s in international law.

Working experience:

2018, October – present time – Charge d’Affaires of the Kyrgyz Republic to Malaysia; Minister-Counsellor designate.

2015 – 2018 – First Secretary; Counsellor of International Law Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Desk officer for bilateral cooperation with western countries:

  • legal expertise of projects of legislative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  • legal expertise of projects of agreements between Kyrgyz Republic and European countries, USA, Latin America, Canada and their preparation for signing;
  • legal expertise of projects within of framework of SCO, Turkic Council;
  • participation in negotiations during the working/official visits;
  • consideration of issues regarding the diplomatic privileges and immunities;

2010 – 2013 – Consul of Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic to UAE;
