The President of the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Sadyr Japarov has signed a decree declaring 19 September 2022 as a day of national mourning in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The armed conflict that took place on 14-17 September 2022 in the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the state border in the Batken region resulted in the death of Kyrgyz citizens.

In this regard, the Book of Condolences will be opened on Monday and Tuesday, 19-20 September 2022 from 09:00 to 18:00 at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Vienna: Invalidenstrasse 3/8, 1030 Vienna.
