On June 24-25, 2021, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan, M. Arstanbaev, held a meeting with the head of the «Harmony» Association, Mr. Wang Yong Chang, in Nagoya, Aichi prefecture.
The «Harmony» Association supports on labor migration and trains foreign technical trainees, mainly in Nagoya, Gifu and Mi.
The parties discussed the current situation in the field of human resources, as well as exchanged opinions on the prospects for cooperation in the field of labor migration. Agreed to make efforts to strengthen and deepen Kyrgyz-Japanese cooperation.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Kazuo Asano, Executive Director Business Association “Create Hit”, Mr. Kurihara Masihiro, Director of “Yume Hashi” and Mr. Takahiro Sugitani, Director of “Simply Because Corporation”.
Also, there were held a meeting with Mr. Teruyuki Yamaoka, Vice President of Yanmar Holding. Mr. T. Yamaoka expressed his interest on export organic cotton from Kyrgyz Republic to Japan, develop of carbon fertilizers for agricultural enterprises, as well as with due regard the energy potential of the Kyrgyz Republic improve relation in the generation and production of electricity.
In addition, M. Arstanbaev visited Toyota manufacturing plants in the city of Toyota. During the visit held a meeting with Project manager regional group Global external affairs of Toyota company Mr. Hitoshi Bizen.
Mr. H. Bizen noted the high potential for expanding cooperation in many areas, including in the field of human resources. Briefed that Toyota needs in young labor who can contribute to the further development of the company.
M. Arstanbaev got acquainted with the process of production of cars, and also expressed hope that the meeting will open new areas for mutually beneficial cooperation.
