Deputy Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr Aidarbekov Aibek introduced the new Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Ms Kemelova Dinara to the staff of the Central Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Ms Kemelova Dinara has been working in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic since 1993, she has worked in various positions from the position of Third Secretary of the International Legal Department to the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
