It is necessary to speed up the work on the installation of a centralized liquid oxygen supply system in the country's medical institutions. This order was given by the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Kubatbek Boronov at a meeting of the Republican Operational Headquarters.
“The State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic should conduct an audit in regional hospitals and draw up an appropriate scheme for installing a centralized oxygen supply. Similar work should be carried out by the mayor's office of Bishkek. Particular attention should be paid to the installation of a centralized system for the supply of liquid oxygen in the intensive care units of medical institutions", said the Head of Government.
Along with this, in order to supply medical institutions with a continuous supply of oxygen, it was instructed to consider the possibility of expanding the production volume of the Mailuu-Suuy Lamp Plant LLC, located in the Jalal-Abad region.
“When transporting produced liquid oxygen from the plant, special attention must be paid to safety. The conditions for the delivery of liquid oxygen to the site should be resolved in a comprehensive manner", added Kubatbek Boronov.
During the meeting, it was instructed to strengthen the work on the installation of alternative sources of electricity - generators in the intensive care units of medical institutions.
In addition, the Ministry of Health has been instructed to take special control over the issue of providing medical personnel with high-quality personal protective equipment.
The specialized state bodies were instructed to ensure the continuous delivery of the necessary medicines to hospitals and inpatient facilities with the formation of their stock.
