It is necessary to strengthen supervision over the observance of sanitary and epidemiological standards in day care and night care hospitals. The Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Kubatbek Boronov stated this during the Republican Operational Headquarters.

“In order to prevent an increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19, including medical workers working in hospitals, it is necessary to strictly observe the established sanitary standards. Specialists, together with representatives of local authorities, should take this issue under control, creating all the necessary conditions for the work of medical personnel in hospitals", the Head of Government noted.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister made a remark to the regional curators of health care and members of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, who are assigned to medical institutions in Bishkek.

“When treating critically ill patients, it is necessary to turn to an expert group consisting of professors, practitioners with many years of experience and clinicians. The Ministry of Health should strengthen the work of the council of doctors, which will work throughout the republic", added Kubatbek Boronov.

Following the results of the meeting of the Republican Operational Headquarters, it was instructed until August 25 of this year to complete work on the conversion of idle buildings in the regions into medical institutions and the construction of hospitals in the cities of Bishkek and Osh.
