Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Aibek Moldogaziev met with the high-ranking U.S. officials and discussed bilateral cooperation

Deputy Foreign Minister Moldogaziev held a meeting with DFC Managing Director for Policy Meredith Popper on March 28, 2023. During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on current issues and future directions of bilateral cooperation with DFC.

Also, Deputy Foreign Minister Moldogaziev met with Senior Director for Central Asia of the U.S. National Security Council Nicholas Berliner. During the meeting the sides exchanged views on current issues of bilateral relations and further prospects for effective cooperation. The parties confirmed mutual commitment and readiness to develop bilateral cooperation.

On March 29, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Aibek Moldogaziev met with the Deputy Assistant Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Anjali Kaur.

During the meeting the parties discussed the main directions of interaction, the progress of regional projects with the participation of the United States, as well as other important issues of bilateral cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the United States.

Deputy Minister A. Moldogaziev met with Brendan Lynch, Deputy U.S. Trade Representative for South and Central Asia. During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues and promising areas of bilateral cooperation, as well as the interaction of the Kyrgyz Republic with the U.S. under the Framework Agreement on Trade and Investment of the United States and Central Asian countries.
