Due to the recent riots in the United States, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic informs:

According to preliminary information, there are no citizens of Kyrgyzstan among the dead, injured or detained due to the riots.

The Ministry and the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Washington continue to monitor the current situation in the United States and appeal to compatriots staying in the United States to observe precautions and avoid crowded places.

In case of receiving information about the killed, injured or detained citizens of Kyrgyzstan as a result of these events, we kindly ask you to urgently inform the Embassy via e-mail: kgconsulate.washington@mfa.gov.kg or kgembassy.usa@mfa.gov.kg.
