On October 13, 2022, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Türkiye Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the Heads of Diplomatic Missions of Asian countries accredited in the Republic of Türkiye - Ambassadors of South Korea, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Deputy Ambassador of Malaysia.

During the meeting, Ambassador Omuraliev told his colleagues about the Kyrgyz Republic, investment and tourism opportunities in the country. He informed in detail about topical issues of regional security in connection with the events that took place on the border of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Ambassador Omuraliev also thanked the representatives of the countries for supporting the Kyrgyz Republic on its election to the UN Human Rights Council. At the same time, he expressed a request to support the Kyrgyzstan’s candidacy for a non-permanent seat of the United Nations Security Council for the period 2027-2028.
