On 12 February, 2024, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Aibek Moldogaziev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Kyrgyz Republic Du Dewen.

Ambassador Du Dewen conveyed a message from the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China Mr.Ma Xinrui addressed to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Akylbek Zhaparov, expressing support in connection with the accident at the Bishkek CHP. As a sign of solidarity the People's Government of Xinjiang intends to provide humanitarian financial assistance in the amount of 100 thousand US dollars.

Aibek Moldogaziev expressed gratitude to the Chinese side for the financial assistance provided, as well as the support provided to the Kyrgyz side, which reflects the relations of comprehensive strategic partnership, good neighborliness and friendship between the peoples of the two countries.
