On 8 April 2024, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Zheenbek Kulubaev has received an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom to the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Nicholas Bowler.

Over the course of the meeting, the two sides addressed relevant matters concerning the kyrgyz-british bilateral co-operation agenda.

Particular attention was devoted to the organization of visits at various levels, expansion of cooperation in the spheres of mutual trade, investment and technology attraction from the United Kingdom as well as rare earth minerals.

Following the outcomes of the meeting, the parties expressed readiness to continue mutual dialogue on key areas of cooperation.
