On 10th January of this year the Head of the Plenipotentiary representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken, Jalal-Abad and Osh regions Mirlanbek Ismailov met with the newly appointed Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in the city of Osh Cui Shaochun.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and future prospects for the development of cooperation between the southern regions and the city of Osh with the regions and cities of the People’s Republic of China, as well as priority areas of cooperation between the Plenipotentiary and the Consulate General in 2019.

During the meeting, the parties expressed readiness for further cooperation to strengthen interregional ties in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

At the end of the conversation, the Head of the Plenipotentiary representation ​​M.Ismailov, wished the Consul General success in his work and expressed hope for the further strengthening of cooperation between the Plenipotentiary representation and the Consulate General.
