On February 16-17, 2019, on the margins of the Munich Security Conference, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Chingiz Aidarbekov, held a number of bilateral meetings with the heads of delegations of several countries.

In particular, meetings were held with the foreign ministers of Liechtenstein, the Philippines, Armenia and Georgia. The parties discussed topical issues on the bilateral agenda, and exchanged views on regional and international issues.

Thus, during a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Justice and Culture of the Principality of Liechtenstein Aurelia Frick, the parties discussed the possibility of resuming project cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and Liechtenstein.

At the meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Teodoro Loxin, the issues of expanding the legal framework and cultural and humanitarian contacts through specific events were considered.

The sides noted the importance of developing cooperation in the mining and tourism sectors, as well as cooperation in the framework of inter-MFA consultations.
