On February 6, 2024, a meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany, Omurbek Tekebaev, and the State Minister for European and Foreign Affairs of the Federal State of Bavaria, Eric Beisswenger, in Munich.

During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on issues of Kyrgyz-German cooperation, cooperation in the Central Asian region and international issues.

The parties noted the importance of further development of cooperation, in particular the expansion of economic interactions taking into account the interests of Kyrgyzstan and Bavaria. The issues of organizing mutual visits at various levels and holding joint events were also discussed.
