In May 2023, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. As part of this, an agreement was reached to provide scholarship support to 10 students from the Kyrgyz Republic for training in technical specializations (bachelor's and master's programs). The agreement also includes additional quotas for doctoral studies.
  This university with a century of history is one of the largest universities in Europe, with 15 faculties and about 30 thousand students.
The languages of instruction at the university are English, German, French and Romanian.
Students will be provided with a hostel (approximate cost 100 euros / month). If necessary, students are provided with a one-year preparatory course of the University for mastering languages.
