As part of the promotion of economic diplomacy in Tehran, a number of working meetings were held between the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic in Iran T. Sydykov with the Deputy of the Civil Aviation Organization Hassan Khoshhou and the head of the state airline Iran Air Alireza Barkhor.
During the talks, issues of increasing cooperation in the field of civil aviation and the prospects for restoring direct regular air traffic between the capitals of the two countries were discussed.
The parties noted that the diversification of air flights and the establishment of direct regular flights between the two countries meets the national interests of Kyrgyzstan and Iran and is the key to the development of business and the tourism industry in both states.
The negotiators decided to continue joint work aimed at expanding the geography and increasing the frequency of flights between Iran and Kyrgyzstan.
