List of required documents for reclamation from the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Certificates of no criminal record in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- application form for the request of the document;

- regular passport;

- passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (ID-card) if available;

- birth certificate;

- certificate of change of surname, name, patronymic;

- certificate of registration of marriage.

2. Certificates of absence of marriage registration

- application form for the request of the document;

- regular passport;

- passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (ID-card) if available;

- birth certificate;

- certificate of divorce, if the marriage was previously dissolved.

3. Certificates of non-citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic:

The application must be accompanied by:

1) original and photocopy of the applicant's identity documents (passport or birth certificate);

2) a detailed autobiography;

3) two 4×6 cm photos on a white background;

4) a document confirming permanent residence on the territory of the People’s of Republic China;

5) a document confirming the existence of family relations (marriage certificate, birth certificate).
