Applicants for discovering documents from the Kyrgyz Republic may be citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, foreign citizens and stateless persons.

The following documents should be sent to obtain and certify documents from the Kyrgyz Republic (police clearance, civil status, birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates and other archival documents).

1. The application in any form addressed to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic with the indication of the full name of the applicant, his/her place of residence, telephone, e-mail address and a request to assist in obtaining the necessary document from the Kyrgyz Republic;

2. One colour photo 3x4 cm;

3. A filled-in application form in triplicate;

4. Copy of the passport of the Kyrgyz Republic;

5. A copy of the passport page with a note on the consular registration of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in India (for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic);
