On April 21, 2024, Charge d'Affaires of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State of Kuwait O. Gaparov held meetings with the Director of Operations Department of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED), Mr. Abdullah H. Al-Musaibih, during which the parties discussed current issues of cooperation and those being implemented jointly with KFAED socio-economic projects in the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of road construction, energy and infrastructure development.

O. Gaparov also expressed satisfaction with the long-term cooperation of the Fund with the Kyrgyz Republic and the gratitude of the Kyrgyz side for the loan and grant support provided in the implementation of infrastructure projects important for the country.

At the end of the meeting, the parties outlined further steps to develop cooperation and agreed to maintain constant contact.
