In accordance with Article 49 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On External Migration”, citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who leave the Kyrgyz Republic for more than three months, within 15 days are registered with a diplomatic mission or consular office of the Kyrgyz Republic in the state of entry.

The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the State of Qatar reminds citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic about importance of consular registration and informs that the main purpose of consular registration is to create a list of Kyrgyz citizens on the territory of the State of Qatar to observe constitutional rights (participation in elections), protect the rights and interests of Kyrgyz citizens in the country stay (in case of loss of documents - assistance in the restoration of documents), etc.

To be registered with the consular officer, the following documents must be submitted to the Consular Section of the Embassy:

1. Filled registration form (Link to file);

2. The original and copies of the passport of the applicant;

3. Two passport-sized photos (3x4) white background.

Consular registration is free of charge.
