On 14 March 2024 Ambassador Omar Sultanov took part in the side event “Youth as a driver of sustainable solutions for a better future”, which took place on the margins of the UN Regional Forum on Sustainable Development, organized by the Belarusian side.

During the event, which was attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Yury Ambrazevich, as well as the leadership of the UNECE, Ambassador O. Sultanov expressed the commitment of the Kyrgyz Republic to involving youth in the implementation process of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
