Recognition and reclamation of documents


List of documents required for processing a request for reclamation:

  • application form (to be filled in at the Embassy);
  • identity documents of the applicant (national passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, identity document of a citizen of a foreign state or a stateless person).

In addition to the above documents, the following documents are submitted:

  1. when requesting information about the authenticity of the requested document:
  • a copy of the document whose authenticity must be confirmed;
  1. when applying to the legal representative of the person in respect of whom documents are required:
  • a notarized power of attorney recognized by the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure;
  1. at the request of the guardian /trustee of the person in respect of whom the documents are requested:
  • a court decision on the appointment of a person as a guardian / trustee or another document issued by the competent authorities of foreign states;
  1. at the request of the legal representative of a person under the age of 18, in respect of whom the documents are requested:
  • birth certificate of a person who has not reached the age of 18, in respect of which documents are requested;
  1. other documents that are the basis for the claim of documents, depending on the requirements of the authorized state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  2. The reclamation of documents in the course of criminal proceedings in the host country in respect of the person whose information is being reclaimed is carried out on the basis of an official request from the relevant state body of the host country (without the applicant's request).

CERTIFICATE OF ABSENCE OF CRIMINAL RECORD IN THE TERRITORY OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

ATTENTION: the personal presence of the applicant is required to submit documents.

List of required documents:

  1. Application form (to be filled in at the Embassy);
  2. General civil (foreign) passport of the Kyrgyz Republic + copy;
  3. Passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (ID card) + copy (if available);
  4. Birth certificate + copy;
  5. One prepaid envelope with the applicant's return address (in Korean) and the tracking number of the Korea Post postal service (you also need to specify the recipient's full name and phone number).

NOTE: In some cases, additional documents may be required.

CERTIFICATE OF ABSENCE OF MARRIAGE REGISTRATION

ATTENTION: the personal presence of the applicant is required to submit documents.

List of required documents:

  1. Application form (to be filled in at the Embassy);
  2. General civil (foreign) passport of the Kyrgyz Republic + copy;
  3. Passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (ID card) + copy (if available);
  4. Birth certificate + copy;
  5. Certificate of dissolution of marriage, if the marriage was previously dissolved + copy;
  6. Birth certificate of children, if there are minor children + copies;
  7. Death certificate of the spouse, if the applicant is a widow/widower + copy;
  8. One prepaid envelope with the applicant's return address (in Korean) and the tracking number of the Korea Post postal service (you also need to specify the recipient's full name and phone number).
