Registration of international passports

The list of documents for registration of a civil passport of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- receipts confirming payment for registration, production and issuance of a civil passport, as provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.In addition to the above, the following documents are submitted:

1) when applying of a parent or other legal representative of a person under the age of 16:

- birth certificate of a person under the age of 16;

- passport of the parent - citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- an application completed and signed by one of the parents or another legal representative of a person under the age of 16 (the application states the reason for obtaining a civil passport).If one of the applicant's parents is a citizen of a foreign state, it is necessary to submit his notarized consent for the registration of a civil passport for a citizen who is under 16 years of age.

2) when applying of a citizen exchanging a civil passport:

a) in connection with the end of the pages for visa marks or after the expiration date:

- a regular passport which should be exchanged;

- certificate of birth, certificate of change of name, surname, patronymic, certificate of registration or divorce, death certificate of the spouse;

b) in connection with the change of personal data or the detection of records erroneously made in the civil passport:

- a regular passport which should be exchanged;

- certificate of birth, certificate of change of name, surname, patronymic, certificate of registration or divorce, death certificate of the spouse;

- passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (ID-card), if available;

- residence permit in Turkey.

8. Registration of certificate of return to the Kyrgyz Republic.

A certificate of return to the Kyrgyz Republic is a temporary document certifying the identity of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic and ensuring his right to return to the Kyrgyz Republic.

When applying for the issue of a certificate, the applicant shall submit:

a) a statement of the established sample;

b) a document (protocol, certificate, etc.) issued by the competent authority of the receiving state, confirming that the applicant applied for the loss of a passport .;

c) two 3 × 4 photographs (color);

d) documents identifying and proving applicants citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic (identity card of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, birth certificate, military ID, ID of the officer (warrant officer), military ID of the reserve officer, conscription certificate, official ID with photo) or certified by the consular officer in the prescribed manner written statements of at least two citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, confirming the identity of the applicant, with copies of their passports.
