On January 16, 2023 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Pakistan H.E. Mr.U.Totuiaev met with the Federal Secretary of the Ministry of National Health Services Regulations and Coordination of the Government of Pakistan H.E. Mr.Iftikhar Ali Shallwani.

The parties discussed the results of the recent Global Health Security Summit with the participation of the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Mr.A.Beishenaliev, which took place on January 10-11, 2024 in Islamabad.

Ambassador H.E. Mr.U.Totuiaev emphasized the need to implement the agreements reached on the results of the meetings of the Ministers of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as well as joint projects in the field of health care.

At the end of the meeting, the parties reached an understanding to develop and sign a bilateral between ministries agreement on cooperation in the field of health care.
