21 August 2022, fourteen citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic died in a road accident in the Ulyanovsk Region-Russian Federation.
In this regard, His Excellency Mr. Sadyr Japarov - President of the Kyrgyz Republic has declared 23 August 2022 as a day of mourning in the Kyrgyz Republic. 
A book of condolence will be opened at the Embassy of Kyrgyz Republic to the United Arab Emirates 23 August 2022 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
