After a seven-year break in April 2015 in Minsk there has taken place the fifth meeting of the Intergovernmental Kyrgyz-Belarus commission on trade and economic cooperation. In June 2016 in Bishkek and in June 2017 in Minsk have taken place respectively the sixth and seventh meetings of the bilateral Commission.
In June 2018 for the first time taken place political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Belarus.
