For citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic intending to visit the Republic of Belarus

ENTRY REGIME:

Visa-free.

LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS FOR ENTRY IN / EXIT   FROM RB:

1. The general passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2. Service passport of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3. Diplomatic passport of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4. Seaman's passport (if there is a ship's role or an extract from it);

5. Certificate of return to the Kyrgyz Republic.

PAY ATTENTION!

The passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (ID-card) is not a document by which one can enter / leave and is in the Republic of Belarus.

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic can cross the state border between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation only through international checkpoints (by air or via the checkpoint "Veselovka" (Gomel region of the Republic of Belarus).

When crossing the State Border of the Republic of Belarus, the following documents are necessary:

- a document for travelling abroad;

- upon entry receive and fill the migration card and indicate the purpose of entry in the "purpose of visit" column.

The Border service officer puts in the migration card and the document for traveling abroad a mark of entry of the foreign citizen to the Republic of Belarus.

Upon departure from the Republic of Belarus, in the migration card must be a mark about the registration of an alien. If this mark is missing, the foreigner is subject to administrative responsibility for violating the rules of stay in the Republic of Belarus.

Note: The Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation use a common specimen of migration card in accordance with the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation signed on October 5, 2004.

Rules for the staying of foreign citizens and a stateless person in the Republic of Belarus:

In accordance with the Rules for the Stay of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter referred to as "foreigners") who arrived in the Republic of Belarus, shall, within five days, except for Sundays, public holidays and holidays fixed and declared by the President Of the Republic of Belarus  non-working, get registered in a registration body of actual temporary stay.  Registry bodies of the Republic of Belarus are: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bodies of internal affairs, Hotel, health resort and wellness organization, Subject of rural tourism. Registration is made on the basis of the application for registration or written request of the receiving organization.

When the place of residence is changed, the foreigner must, within five days, except for the days off, public holidays and holidays, declared by the President of the Republic of Belarus to be non-working, register with the registration authority for the new place of residence.

Should the alien change the place of stay he/she, within 5 days (except for Sundays, State holidays and high days) shall apply for registration to the registry body at the new place of temporary stay.
