1997, 1999-2003 -  attaché, third secretary, second secretary, first secretary, adviser of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2003-2006 - First Secretary of the Permanent Mission of the Kyrgyz Republic to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva/Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Swiss Confederation.

2006-2012 -  Head of the Division, Deputy Director, Director of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2013-2015 - Counselor to the Permanent Mission of the Kyrgyz Republic to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva/Embassу of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Swiss Confederation.

2015-2017 - Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation.

2017-2018 - Director of the International Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2018-2020 - Deputy Head of the Foreign Policy Division of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2020-2022 - Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation.

From November 11, 2022 -  Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium and Head of the Mission of the Kyrgyz Republic to the European Union.
