Born in 1970 in the village of Kara-Bulak, Batken region. Graduated from the traffic management department of the Osh Technological University.

- 2001–2003 - Director of Pragma Inc. LLC;
- 2003–2009 - Director of Gefest LLC;
- 2007 - Deputy of the Osh City Kenesh;
- 2009–2010 - Director of the Territorial Administration of the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund for Osh under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- 2010–2015 - Deputy of the JK KR V convocation from the political party "Republic";
- 2016 - Member of the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Since 08.05.2021 to the present time - Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Almaty
