On January 23, 2023, a meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan Kairat Osmonaliev and the Chairman of the Board of AzerGold CJSC Zakir Ibragimov, during which they exchanged views on the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in the mining industry, and also discussed the possibilities of implementing joint projects.

In addition, the parties summed up the results of bilateral cooperation in 2022, taking into account the visits of the two heads of state.
