Currently, cooperation between states in the field of culture is developing actively. The parties take part in festivals, cultural events held in the two countries.

May 15 - 22, 2016 - "Week of Kyrgyz Culture" in the Emirate of Sharjah.

September 2-3, 2016 - Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, the Chairman of the General Department of Youth and Sports of the United Arab Emirates H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan participated in the opening ceremony of the Second World Nomad Games.

November 27 - December 1, 2017 – «Aitmatov Readings» held in UAE first time ever.

November 29 - December 4, 2017 - folklore groups of the Kyrgyz Republic took part in festive events on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the National Day of the UAE.

December 6-10, 2017 - the Salbuurun Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic headed by A.Akunov took part in the 4th International Festival of Falconers in the city of Abu Dhabi.

March 2018 - a public screening of the film "Maternal Field" based on the works of the Kyrgyz writer Chyngyz Aitmatov was held in the cultural center "Saadiyat" in Abu Dhabi.

On September 2-8, 2018, the official delegation of the United Arab Emirates headed by the Crown Prince of the Emirate of Fujairah H.H. Muhammad Al-Sharqi, the Minister of Culture and Development of Knowledge of the United Arab Emirates H.E. Noura Al-Kaabi and H.E. Faris Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Cultural Programmes and Heritage Festivals Committee took part in the Opening ceremony of the Third World Nomad Games.

UAE heritage programs and festivals committee and Fujairah Art Academy delegations took an active part in the work of international festivals in the Kyrchyn gorge and in the village of Bosteri in the amphitheater "Nomad".
