Trade and economic cooperation is one of the important aspects of the relationship between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Korea.

The volume of trade between Kyrgyzstan and Korea as of June 2022 amounted to 63 million 613 thousand US dollars, of which imports from Korea - 63 million 482 thousand US dollars, exports from the Kyrgyzstan - 131 thousand US dollars.

The main import products from Korea to Kyrgyzstan are plastics in primary form, plastics and products of it, polycarbonates, alkyd resins and other polyesters, used cars, cargo vehicles, various foodstuffs and preparations, machines, equipment for industry, electrical machines and devices equipment and equipment for telecommunications, sound recordings and others.

The main export products from Kyrgyzstan to Korea are rare-earth metals in small quantities, honey, nuts, animal products and medicinal herbs.

According to the National Statistics Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, more than 1057 Korean enterprises in the sphere of small and medium business are registered and operate in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
