Abdyldaev Erlan Bekeshovich

Born on July 21, 1966 in Alma-Ata, Kazakh SSR, ethnic Kyrgyz.

In 1989 graduated from MGIMO (Moscow) with a degree in international relations.

1989-1989  - Referent of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR, Department of Social.  Asian countries.

1989-1994  - Attache, the third secretary of the Embassy of the USSR, the Embassy of the Russian Federation in China.

1994-1997  - referent, consultant-expert of the international department of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1997-1998  - Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1998-2001  - Deputy Minister, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2001 - September 12, 2005 - Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the PRC.  Simultaneously, Ambassador to Mongolia, Singapore and Thailand.

Since 2005 - Expert of the Institute for Public Policy.

2007 - 2012 - Director of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting in Kyrgyzstan.

2012 - 2018 - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2020 - 2022 - Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Germany, concurrently in Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Vatican.

Since April 2022 - Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Tajikistan.

State awards: "Manas" order of III degree (Kyrgyz Republic), "Friendship" order (Russian Federation)

Honorary Doctor of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Honorary Professor of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China

Has the diplomatic rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic.
