Certification of the Swiss and Italian documents

If you wish to certify the authenticity of a document issued or certified in Switzerland or Italy, please be advised of the following:

Effective from August 1, 2011, the Kyrgyz Republic joined the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents (1961 Hague Convention). As of this date, with the certification by The Hague Convention Apostille, Swiss documents are entitled to recognition in the Kyrgyz Republic and no legalization by the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic is required.
