The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic provides consular services for the following notarial actions:

1. certification of the transaction, except for contracts on the alienation of real estate located on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2. taking measures to protect inherited property;
3. issuance of certificates of inheritance rights;
4. issuance of certificates of ownership of a share in the common property of the spouses;
5. certification of the accuracy of copies of documents and extracts from them;
6. certification of the authenticity of signatures on documents;
7. certification of the accuracy of the translation of documents from one language to another;
8. certification of the fact that the citizen is alive;
9. certification of the fact that a citizen is in a certain place;
10. identification of the citizen with the person depicted in the photograph;
11. certification of the time of presentation of documents;
12. acceptance of cash and securities for deposit;
13. execution of writs of execution;
14. acceptance of documents for storage;
15. providing evidence;
16. carrying out maritime protests.

To receive consular services related to the performance of a notarial act, applicants when visiting the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic must have the following documents with them:

- a valid identification document of the applicant;

- originals or duplicates of documents subject to notarization;

- receipt of payment for consular services (any branch of Pasargad Bank, account number of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Iran 367-7160-13327491-1).
