o 1998~2002 - Interpreter,"Phuryl Kil" LLC. 

o 2002~2005 - Chief manager, interpreter, Khanul LLC. 

o 2005~2006 - Interpreter, Korean company "Venture C&C Plaza". o 2006~2008 - Chief manager, interpreter, "Venture C&C Plaza". o 2006~2010 - Regional representative, Korean company PARK & OPC in  Kyrgyz Republic. 

o 2011~2015 - General Director, "Silk road services" LLC. 

o 2015~2020 - Deputy, Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic (Parliament). o She was a member on Social issues, Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic(Parliament). o Head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group " Kyrgyz Republic – Republic  Korea".  

o On April 1, 2020, She was appointed Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyz Republic. o 2022 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Republic of Korea. 

Awards: 

o She was awarded the Honorary Diploma "Ardak" of the Government of the  Kyrgyz Republic  

o She was awarded the medal "Datka ayim" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
