On October 2, 2023, Ambassador E.Osoev held a meeting with representatives of Nagaoka City Hall and Niigata Prefecture. During the meeting, the parties discussed plans for close cooperation between IT companies of the Kyrgyz Republic and Nagaoka, educational exchanges between universities and technical colleges of the Kyrgyz Republic and Nagaoka, as well as cooperation in the field of human resources.
