Citizens of the following countries, in accordance with the national legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan, have the right, during the term of the visa, to enter and exit freely through multilateral checkpoints on the territory of the above-mentioned border areas of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
