The meeting was aimed at discussing the ways to promote the investment potential of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as to learn the possibilities of «British Expertise International» in attracting foreign investors.

Ambassador U.Djusupov provided information on the current political and economic situation in the Kyrgyz Republic, ongoing public administration reforms, and the priorities of the Kyrgyz Republic in building up a green, creative and innovative economy.

The network «British Expertise International» positively assessed the resolution of the dispute between the Kyrgyz Republic and the company «Centerra Gold», stressing that this would strengthen the investment climate in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The parties agreed on holding joint events with the participation of the relevant ministries of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The network «British Expertise International» expressed the interest in working closely with the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to promote the investment opportunities of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of green economy, renewable energy, tourism, infrastructure, and education.
