Consular registration

Consular registration is carried out in order to organize effective consular services for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, protect their rights and legally protected interests outside the Kyrgyz Republic.

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic traveling outside the Kyrgyz Republic are registered with the consular office of the Kyrgyz Republic in the host state.

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic leaving for permanent residence outside the Kyrgyz Republic are required to deregister at the place of residence on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The consul of the foreign establishment of the Kyrgyz Republic puts on consular registration within the consular district the following citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- those who left for permanent residence outside the Kyrgyz Republic;

- those who left the Kyrgyz Republic not for the purpose of permanent residence;

- minor children adopted by foreign citizens and stateless persons;

- minor children born outside the Kyrgyz Republic and who are citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- who changed their place of residence outside the Kyrgyz Republic.

The procedure for consular registration of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are outside the Kyrgyz Republic without the purpose of permanent residence

Consular registration at the Embassy of citizens who are outside the Kyrgyz Republic without the purpose of permanent residence is carried out by the consul without deregistration at the place of residence in the Kyrgyz Republic.

In case of a personal application to the Embassy for consular registration, citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic submit the following documents:

1) application;

2) a registration card filled out according to the form with a color photograph.

3) general passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic;

For consular registration of minor citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, a parent or guardian (custodian) must fill out an application in the form.

For consular registration without a personal appearance, citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic have the right to send the above documents in scanned form to the official email address of the Embassy - kg.embassy.uz.@mfa.gov.kg.

The procedure for consular registration of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who left for permanent residence outside the Kyrgyz Republic

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who have left for permanent residence outside the Kyrgyz Republic, for consular registration upon personal application to the Embassy, ​​submit the following documents:

1) application;

2) a registration card filled out according to the form with a color photograph.

2) a general passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) address sheet of disposal with a stamp "Deregistered";

For consular registration of minor citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, a parent or guardian (custodian) must fill out an application in the form.

For consular registration without a personal appearance, citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic have the right to send scanned documents specified in the documents to the official email address of the Embassy - kg.embassy.uz.@mfa.gov.kg.

The grounds for refusal in consular registration is the absence or incorrect filling of documents.

Procedure for Deregistration of Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from Consular Registration

Deregistration of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in a foreign state is carried out in the following cases:

- return of a citizen to the Kyrgyz Republic;

- departure of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic to live in another foreign state;

- change by a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of the place of residence within one foreign state, with moving to the territory of the consular district of another consular institution;

- withdrawal from the citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- death of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Deregistration of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic outside the Kyrgyz Republic from the consular register is carried out by the foreign office of the Kyrgyz Republic upon the applications of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, if necessary, have the right to apply to the foreign office of the Kyrgyz Republic to obtain a certificate of deregistration in a foreign state according to the model.

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who have changed their place of residence in foreign countries and have not been removed from the consular register from the country (consular district) of their former place of residence, apply to the foreign office of the Kyrgyz Republic in the host country with an application for deregistration at the former place of residence, with the submission of the above documents.

In accordance with the normative legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, funds are not charged to the consular account of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
