Born in 1963 in the village of Chyrpykty, Issyk-Kul region.
Education:
- Moscow Military Institute;
- Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
Work experience:
1992-1996 - held various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
1996-1998 - Head of the Asia and Africa Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
1998-2000 - Advisor to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in China;
2001-2003 - Head of the Asia and Africa Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
2003-2004 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2004-2006 - Deputy Executive Secretary of the SCO (Beijing);
2006-2007 - Ambassador-at-Large, Director of the Department for International Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
2007-2009 - Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Malaysia; 2009-2013 - Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to China;
2010-2013 - Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Mongolia and Singapore concurrently (with residence in Beijing);
2013–2016 — Director of the Asia and Africa Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
From 2016 to October 2018 - Director of the Fourth Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
From 2018 to 2021 - Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan;
From August 2021- Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration;
From April 22, 2022 - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
