On May 5, 2021, 5 mobile multidiagnostic clinics arrived in the Kyrgyz Republic as part of the realization of the Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Islamic Development Bank on the implementation of a charitable contribution under the Fael Khair program for the purchase and operation of mobile clinics in rural areas, signed as of December 3, 2014 in Mecca, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

According to the previously reached agreements, the main performer of this project is the company "NORMECA AS", which is one of the world leaders in the field of preparation of mobile hospitals and clinics to provide medical care to population.

These clinics were manufactured in factories in Turkey and are aimed at improving the quality and availability of medical care in villages and remote areas of the republic.
