On June 3, 2022 by the initiative of the International Turkic Academy the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Zheenbek Kulubaev met with the President of the International Turkic Academy Darkhan Kydyrali. During the meeting the sides discussed the development of scientific, cultural and humanitarian ties between the Turkic nations.

The Minister noted the importance of the activities of the International Turkic Academy for strengthening cultural and historical ties and spiritual integration between the fraternal Turkic-speaking peoples.

In his turn, Darkhan Kydyrali informed Zheenbek Kulubaev about the achievements of the Turkic Academy on 2021, the plans and planned events in 2022. In particular, in September 2022, the First Congress of Turkologists will be held in Cholpon-Ata, where participants will discuss topical issues in writing the history of the Turkic countries.

At the end of the meeting, the President of the Turkic Academy presented to the Foreign Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic the book "Atlas of Ancient Turkic Written Monuments", prepared by the Academy.
