The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Zheenbek Kulubaev received copies of letters credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of Japan to the Kyrgyz Republic Hideki Goda

On October 28, 2022 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Zheenbek Kulubaev received copies of letters credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of Japan to the Kyrgyz Republic Hideki Goda.

The Head of the Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan congratulated Hideki Goda on his appointment as Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic, wished him success in his future diplomatic activities and expressed gratitude to the Japanese side for the constant kind-hearted support also for the successfull implementation of projects in Kyrgyzstan.

Two sides have discussed the current state of affairs and prospects for the further development of bilateral relations, measures to intensify economic cooperation, including plans to organize visits at the high levels and regional events. Views on attracting Japanese investment to Kyrgyzstan were also raised.

The Ambassador Hideki Goda, in his turn thanked the Minister for the warm reception and assured that every effort to expand and strengthen the partnership between the Kyrgyz Republic and Japan will be taken.
